NEW - High Security Planrooms for General Contractors
Valley Plan Center is now offering to General Contractors private planrooms posted directly on their own company website. These specialized and secure planrooms are accessible via an access code and email address. Additionally, project names and bid dates are not open to the publc. This process is not only highly secure but it allows generals the option to contact and track subs who have viewed their projects, before and after the bid. On request projects may be open to the general public.
Projects can be easily viewed by invited subs and suppliers with QuickEye Viewer and Estimator. Once installed, companies will then have a free tool which can be used to view/measure and count in various drawing formats. Used by PC users, QuickEye is currently the fastest growing take-off tool amongst Mac users. (Advanced users of QuickEye Estimator will continue to have access to the programs ever growing estimating and library tools.)
This service for General Contractors includes a private webpage & planroom, as well as a 1 year membership to Valley Plan Center. Projects stay posted for as long as necessary . Services are $1,625.00 per year for the entire state of Washington. (Projects in additional states may be a included for an additional fee.) To sign up, generals simply fill in the online application and upload their drawings using VPC Online Drop Box at www.ValleyPlanCenter.com. Contractors will then be contacted regarding placement of the webpage on their own company website.
Generals interested in receiving a sample project, should send their request to planroom@valleyplancenter.com. A mock project and webpage will be individually created for a private viewing experience.
